Overview
About Me
I once thought that I wanted to live in one place my whole life, or at least that is how my 14 year old self felt. When my parents moved me between 8th and 9th grade, I thought I would never talk to them again. Little did I know that this change was a catalyst for me enjoying and even welcoming change. Thus, since this traumatic, but actually positive event in my life, I realized a quality in me I had all along, the yearning to meet new people and befriend them every place I go.
I love all things outdoors. Camping, hiking, boating, star gazing, rock climbing, ultimate frisbee, bike riding... need I go on? I also love culture and diversity and get giddy when I make a genuine connection with another human being.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've lived in a few different places throughout the US, but Cleveland will always remain my home. I am just finishing up a Dual Masters Degree in Regional Planning and Sustainability Sciences from UMass Amherst and I am looking to do some traveling before I find my dream job and settle into a less transient life.

Music, Movies, and Books
For music, it is safe to say I pretty much like it all. There are a few exceptions, but I cannot think of them off the top of my head. Sometimes it depends on my mood.
All movies are good. I love cheesy, romantic, action, cerebral, etc
I love reading. I'll give most all books a try.
