I was born and raised in San Diego, California. Growing up I had played in various bands playing shows throughout the West Coast of the US.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Washington, in Seattle, who studied visual communication design. In part of my studies, I had gone abroad in Rome, It. (to focus on design, photography, book making, art history, and cooking) and Paris, Fr. (to study French Surrealist literature and art). These opportunities opened my eyes to my love of traveling, learning about different cultures firsthand, and meeting people from around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Come August, I will be traveling throughout Europe and Southeast Asia with two of my closest friends. My friend, Allie Kent and I, plan on beginning our journey in Stockholm, Sweden, and then will be meeting with our third friend, Riley Marts, and will be seeing where the wind takes us from there! Couch surfing offers the opportunity for us to make friends with locals and learn about the community and culture in a way unlike any other. We are looking forward to meeting you and exchange stories!
