Overview
About Me
I'm identify pretty heavily as an introvert. That doesn't mean I hate people, it just means I enjoy my alone time and my body is programmed to feel weird in large groups.
Other than that, I'm just your average, somewhat-aimless-but-not-entirely-without-purpose young adult. I can't digest milk, I love wine, I enjoy walks and swingsets, one of my main activities is lying on the floor thinking. I like singing when I work, stimulating conversation, hearing people's stories, and want to live a life of simplicity.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Mostly I can't afford hotel prices, but additionally, I like the thrill of wondering if you'll chop me into little pieces.
Interests
I mostly just like God and people.
...and dairy-free ice-cream. I LOVE when that happens.

Music, Movies, and Books
I do enjoy music, but I tend to enjoy silence more.
As for movies, they don't often impact me long-term. To give you an idea of my tastes though, I can recall enjoying Anna Karenina and The King's Speech.
Some of my fictions (recently) have been 1984 (George Orwell), Memoirs of a Geisha (Arthur Golden), All The Light We Cannot See (Anthony Doerr), The Name of the Wind & The Wise Man's Fear (Patrick Rothfuss, The Fellowship of the Ring (J.R.R. Tolkien)...
Nonfiction: A Grief Observed (C.S. Lewis), The Great Divorce (C.S. Lewis), Mere Christianity (C.S. Lewis), A House in the Sky (Amanda Lindhout), Soul Feast (Marjorie Thompson), In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts (Gabor Mate), Trauma Healing (Peter Levine) A Dark Night of the Soul (St. John of the Cross)...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Not amazing, but perhaps odd: tented on an island in Scotland for 10 days by myself for the purpose of reflection without distraction.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A love of listening and enjoyment of conversation.
