About Me
My passion is for travel, new languages, new food, and new friends. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and hearing their stories. It's my inspiration.
I have an adorable beagle puppy named Sansa, who will guaranteed melt your heart the instant you meet her.
I travel frequently for work and pleasure, so I'm not home often. However, when I am, I'd be happy to host the poor sucker who decided to visit Hartford, CT 😊
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling solo can be frustrating and lonely as much as it can be exhilarating and free. Most of my travels are solo, and I'd love to meet new people wherever I go in order to see different aspects of the places I visit.
Music, Movies, and Books
Elton John and Billy Joel make me a happy girl. You can find me reading any and every novel- two of my favorites: A Tale Of Two Cities & Crime and Punishment. Currently a Game of Thrones binger.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As simple as it sounds, I spent a few weeks WWOOFing in Italy a few years back, helping out with an olive harvest. At the time, I spoke no Italian whatsoever, and the hosts didn't speak much English. But you find fun ways to communicate and bond :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can tell you all about repair and maintenance of aerospace engines (current job). So interesting, I know. :)
But really, I love to learn & give as much of my time and energy into meeting new people and exploring new things as possible. Always with an open mind.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My undying gratitude & attention! I suppose practicing English is also a bonus, should they be interested.
