Sobre Mim

I actually have a CS profiile already where you can read my references! Unfortunately I forgot my passwords for both the CS profile as well as my e-mail addresses. :D So please look at my previous profile to read some references: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/sarahneidhart

My name is Sarah, I live and grew up in a small village called Sandsbach in Bavaria, Germany. Before my travels I worked in social institutions as like working with disabled children and elderly. After school I started to travel around in Australia as well as New Zealand. I have learned to trust in life and my own intuition more and more as I was traveling around realizing that it always works out somehow, that I don't need to fear what might come even though I don't know it yet and that things happen for a reason. I discovered and understood many things about myself, others and the connection between things, people and circumstances which helped me a lot to be guided more by my inner voice and listen to my feelings which helped me a lot to live more joyfully and authentically. :)

I would describe myself as a gentle, kindhearted and open person who is willing to accept people as they are and I am intending to grow and evolve, learn more about my true self and the deeper connection between things and our true being which I usually do by going along with what comes and often by meeting all sorts of different people with different characters and perspectives.
For me the most important 'rule' - if there are any rules at all - in life is to love and follow your heart, everything else follows and evolves out of that. I love to see the loving connection between people, animals, nature and find it more and more fascinating to dive deeper into the true meaning of things and to widen and expand my consciousness through all sorts of experiences. Some people would probably call me a hippie, or a spiritual person or something like that but for me this is the natural intended state of a human being to live in harmony with nature and with other beings and to love each other, if this is not natural and one of the most important things, I don't know what it is. ;)
I guess I would call this my 'lifestyle', intending to get back to the nature of our being and our true essence which I believe is connected to all living things and the realization of that, for me, provides the base for a more and more happy and joyful life containing all ups and downs with the philosophy of acceptance of all, which I find really important to be in peace with yourself, life and others by leading the outside back to the inside, reflect and recognize yourself also in others and understanding how your inner reality mirrors itself in the outer one all the time. But of course, it's a matter of practice and I don't think there is a general 'best' way of living, It's individual to everyone, although I assume in order to be happy there's hardly a way around following your own inner voice and doing what makes you happy. :)

As you can see I like sharing and talking about these things and often, I feel very drawn to express it when I feel like it might be important to say. I like hearing about things that move and touch people and about their emotions and feelings, this usually fascinates me a lot and often it grabs my attention much more than the usual daily stuff you sometimes talk about, which is okay too but often, when people like to, I am happy if they want to open up and I usually have an open ear and for some reason in the end there appears a solution or transformation which I find fascinating and which probably belongs to the things I am most interested in and which I feel to be a purpose of mine. To understand human emotions and feelings and the connection between all. I love to learn more about that and this happens best by meeting people.

In general I'd say I'm probably quite an uncomplicated person to host and I am usually happy with just being able to be at a safe and calm place, especially in nature. I often spend time meditating, playing music, reading, drawing and all sorts of creative stuff as creativity is a big part of me - actually I think life itself is creative as it permanantly creates. :)
So yeah, I enjoy to have a more quiet time ( I got old ;) ) but of course I also like hanging out and meeting people, I take it as it comes trying not to have too many expectations. :) Alright, I guess this is enough for now, haha! :D

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Well simply because it's a great way to travel and meet the locals which I find much nicer than booking a hostel room. You get to know people that actually live there and not just travellers, you see how they live and what sort of mentality, life style and philosophy they have, you can share and learn lots from each other and their view on things and their interests and so on. I think for both parties it's rewarding becauses we can inspire each other just by hanging out or sharing their story. And - if you are tired from travelling it's just the most awesome thing to have a safe place to stay for a little bit.
