I'm a very easy going and casual person, grew up in country Australia and now live in London working as a paramedic. I'm making the most of being close to Europe to explore as much as possible whilst I can. I’m extremely grateful for all that I am able to do and see and love to gain local insight into cities/towns/countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met a traveller in India who raved about all of his experiences on Couchsurfing and thought it would be a good way to jump out of my comfort zone and meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I struggle to sit all the way through movies but give me a good corny tv show and I'm set! I enjoy reading travel diaries, works from international volunteers and am currently reading shantaram.
I mainly listen to triple j, bands like the xx, client liaison, Amy shark and asgeir but am open to most music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well here's three... Trekked to Mt Everest Base Camp, health care volunteering in a remote village in Nepal and a night time hike in the mountains in Iceland in the middle of winter

What I Can Share with Hosts

A cynical sense of humour, travel stories, funny/slightly gross medical stories and I'm not too bad of a cook. I can also bring a caramello koala!
