I work as an English teacher and a technical writer. My professional life is a swirl of words and technology! I have to spend a lot of time looking at a computer screen, so when I am not working, I like to go out and explore a new place!

I've climbed under a glacier and walked on a glacier. I once saw rainbows coming out of the blowholes of humpback whales. No joke. It was magical.
