Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have hosted and given tour guides to friends and family in the past in my home countries. I loved making them discover new things and exchange cultures. A friend of mine suggested CouchSurfing and it sparked some great interest in me. It offers an ideal community of locals all over the world.
Being a tourist never gets you to fully experience a country, however blending in with locals gives that enrichment that I am looking for, and that I found in CouchSurfing.
