Hi there! I'm Sarah. I'm a plant based nutritionist who loves travel (obviously), dancing, theater/acting, animals, swimming, skiing, reading, action films, and so much more. I'm Chicago born and raised, went to school in Saint Louis and New York City, and am spending Fall of 2019 backpacking through Europe with one of my best friends as we start developing our business of helping people to travel safely with dietary restrictions (such as people with allergies, Celiac disease, vegans, etc.).

I have always loved traveling. Whenever people ask me about my favorite places, I always end up saying it's not the location I fell in love with, but the people. My best memories typically involve food, dancing, and learning the local history that you can't find in a guidebook. I am insatiably curious, and enjoy learning about various cultures and the different ways people experience our world. Whether you give me an hour of your time or a week, I would love to connect!

I'm very passionate about sustainability and have been vegan for almost 8 years. I love learning about people's traditions surrounding food and creating vegan friendly meals that honor the culture I'm in. I also love learning other languages, and as a writer/former editor, I would be happy to help anyone who wants to improve their English.
