Overview
About Me
Basically, I would describe myself as an open-minded, uncomplicated person. It is important to me to do the best out of every moment. Therefore I love to go out spontaneously and experience something totally unexpected, to live in the present and not to mourn the past or to worry about the future.
At the moment I'm a mechanical engineer. Everything else can be read about me in the following points or you can simply message me :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The people I've met so far about this platform are all very tolerant and in a good mood. It's just fun to go on adventurous hikes with these people, or to spend a relaxing evening on the couch with profound conversations.
At the same time you have the opportunity to get to know the most diverse people - from all over the world, from every age. Talking about many things gave me sometimes a completely new perspective, which I find one of the most valuable thing that can bring you much further in life.
Interests
In my free time, I am currently very involved with Engineers Without Borders. Otherwise, I spend most of my free time with friends. I'm up for almost anything... having a party, having a leisurely breakfast or going on vacation together...
Otherwise, I play the piano and trumpet, but unfortunately not very well anymore because I don't want to annoy my roommates with it...

Music, Movies, and Books
For me alone or for making party, I quite like to hear punk rock. But when I'm in company that can be a bit stressful .. I also like to hear Reggae or other times pop :) But I'm most the time very uncomplicated in these things.
In general I watch less movies, because I prefer to go out, experience something and entertain myself with my fellow human beings :)
The last good book was "into the wild" by Jon Krakauer - very inspiring!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Wildcamping on remote beaches in southern France and Sardinia. Was definitely interesting to spend a few days without any luxury :)
Teach, Learn, Share
It's always very exciting to get to know new people and find out what is behind the first impression. Talking about several views, impressions and experiences. I believe that you can learn so much about yourself and see things from other perspectives :)
