Travel a lot to see as much of the world as possible. However, I'm currently busy with studying at university, which I enjoy as well!

ABOUT ME

Hey everybody! :)

I'm Sarah and I'm currently living and studying in the beautiful city of Freiburg, Germany. Since I'm truly interested in cultures and all of its features as well as different languages, I'm studying German linguistics and Ethnology and I like both my courses very much.

To experience the life and culture of another country and to learn a new language, I spent the last year living in Córdoba in Argentina where I also continued studying my courses at the national university. I enjoyed this year abroad very much, above all because I got to know so many fantastic people from all over the world who I can call my friends now.

Apart from this, one could say that I'm an open-minded girl, who loves getting to know different places ... with all their various people.
Everyone has something to share and I'm excited to experience all these things!

PHILOSOPHY

The best things in life won't happen, if you just sit in your room, doing nothing. Go out into the world! Give it your own signification! Explore it! Change it!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Two friends recommended it to me. Now, I hope to meet many people from all over the world.

I already had two great couchsurfing experiences in Sydney and Heidelberg and would love to extend my experiences.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

- Books: So many different ones, but I can say in general that I love reading fiction and fantasy. ... Hunger Games, Divergent, Ruby Red, The Parfum, The Book Thief and The Shadow of the Wind

- Movies: I prefer watching series, but some movies I like are: Water to the Elephants, The Giver, The Great Gatsby and In Time

- Music: I love listening to music from many genres ... I really like Annenmaykantereit as a band, but I could also listen to a pianist for hours! :D

Hiking up to Machu Picchu to see the sunrise is one of my favorite moments until today

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I want to learn to speak as many languages as I can. Next on my list is Italian as well as Arabic. I also would love to be able playing the piano and I'm actually kind of bad in cooking, so that's another thing I really want to learn! :)
