I'm an 18-year-old with a serious case of wanderlust. I'm in a gap year between high school and university, and would like to be inspired abroad before going to school in the fall. I plan on going to university to earn a Masters degree in Astrophysics! I was born in Kitimat, B.C., which is still one of my favourite places to be, before I moved to Calgary. However, I don't like to hang around one place for too long :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and going on adventures, so what better way to do it then this website?! I want to explore the world, but if I can't come up with the cash to do it, so this seems like a perfect way to get to know some new friends while being able to do what I love.

Music, Movies, and Books

I basically love all types of music. I listen to a lot of older kind of classics, the Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc. My favourite song is It's Still Rock and Roll to Me by Billy Joel. I just love most music in general though, I play piano and am teaching myself guitar.
It's hard for me to hate any movie, but my favourites are White Christmas, or When Harry Met Sally.
My favourite book is The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.
