Hi everybody! My name is Sarah, I'm 20 years old and I'm half German, half Thai - born and raised in Germany.
I finished school (A levels) in July, after that I jobbed for a while to saved some money and currently I'm traveling in Australia.
I decided to travel and work abroad before starting university and already realized that this was the best decision I could've made.
In the beginning I may seem a little bit shy but I usually open up real quick because I love to meet new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard a lot about couch surfing through friends back home and friends I made while traveling. This big community fascinates me and I'm really exited to try it on my own. I can imagine that the experiences you make while living with a local are way "deeper" than exploring a city like every other typical tourist.

In my free time I obviously like to travel whenever I can :)
I love swimming, reading, cooking, listening to music, most of all to catch up with my friends and meeting new people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm pretty open minded about music, I would say I listen to nearly every kind of music I guess on my iPod most of it is more "alternative"
I love to go to music festivals with my friends. I was only on 3 yet but hopefully I'm going to be on many more!

When I was younger I loved all the the story's with or about detectives, after that I got into a lot of fantasy books but right now I prefer thrillers.

I could watch good movies or series all day long, some of my favorites are inception, the shawshank redemption, prison break, dexter and many more.
