Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couchsurfed with two friends in Luzern and Zurich. Both experiences were incredible. The hospitality and generosity of my hosts has been outstanding. I look forward to meeting more people through CS in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couchsurfed. However, I have several friends who have studied abroad and told me it is the best way to not only meet people but to really get a cultural experience in every city.

Interests

I love meeting new people and experiencing exciting things. I absolutely love to travel and see how people around the world live their lives. I love photography as an art form and a way to document memories. I am currently a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison but studying abroad for the year in Sevilla, España.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the grand canyon with my family was not only a beautiful sight but a very humbling moment. Spectacular does not even begin to describe it. I also saw the Bodhi tree in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. It is such an important site to many people, encompassing an entire people and culture.
