Overview
About Me
Egyptian, raised in Alexandria (a beautiful city by the Mediterranean). I left my country more than a year ago because of my passion of traveling (and to do my master's as well :D). I studied architecture but currently studying geoinformatics and I find it interesting to see in real life what I have been studying on paper.
Being Erasmus completely changed my life, I can admit I have a friend in more than half of the countries of the world, if you have the opportunity to be Erasmus just go for it!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Different Reasons Actually:
- We have a saying in Arabic which means "the people of a city are the people who know everything about it", and actually to a great extent that is correct. So if I want to really know a city, no one can be better than a person living there!
- I am a student, so you probably know what it means to have the desire to travel the whole world with a tight budget. I'd rather spend my money on food, entertainment and new experience rather than on a bed.
- In addition, I mostly travel alone and when I visit a place, for sure it is more interesting to have company :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got lost on my first day in Madrid, my phone was dead and I don't speak Spanish, yet managed to find my way back to my place only using a paper map and my sense of orientation :D
Teach, Learn, Share
I am learning new languages, and caricature drawing techniques.
One day I' learn how to drive and how to play violin.
I can always share happiness, positive energy, and I think I always have funny stories to tell (my friends say so :D).
I adore working with children, learning from them as much as I can teach.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Food, Post Cards or chocolate, funny stories if I don't have work to do =D
