CURRENT MISSION
6 weeks away from the start of a 6 month world Journey. Not all the way round, but covering a bit of the East.
ABOUT ME
Smart and funny, she has a love of adventure and curious about new environments, surroundings and people. She is always game to do something new or crazy, and can always find the coolest places in NYC.
PHILOSOPHY
Hoping to develop one on this upcoming trip!
Interests
I should have been a geologist, the natural world constantly amazes and fascinates me, mountains, deserts, local flora and fauna. Or a marine biologist, as I love the water and am fascinated by the world happening below the surface of oceans, seas, lakes, rivers. I don't want to build or design buildings, although architecture and interior design from all periods of time inspire and engage me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Driving from Sydney to Adelaide to attend the Barossa Valley wine festival, I was struck by these big flocks of birds that hung out on the bitumen, and didn't move unitl the car was right upon them. The birds took flight, up and over the windscreen, over the hood, and down the back window, which exposed their bright pink and blue iridescent cockatoo bellies glistening in the sun. It was such an unexpected and beautiful sight, for such a brief second, on a long, flat, straight stretch of highway.
Arriving via train too early in Florence - wandering around waiting for money exchange/coffee, rounding a corner and seeing the sun rising smack behind the Duomo. I suppose everybody's first view of the Duomo is awe inspiring.
NYC subway every morning.
