About Me
Hey!
We’re Sarah and Morgan, a French couple in our thirties who decided to give ourselves what we believe is the best gift ever: one year off to travel 🌍
We quit our lawyer jobs in Paris, left our apartment, friends and family, packed a few clothes and set off on what is already the greatest adventure of our lives. We’re currently travelling across East Asia and Oceania.
Morgan loves surfing and sports in general (challenge him on football history and you might owe him a beer 😄). He also enjoys drawing and deep conversations about pretty much everything.
Sarah is passionate about diving, yoga (certified yoga teacher — happy to share a practice!) and music. Live music, any instrument, any style… it always gets to her ❤️
As guests, we’re easygoing, respectful and curious. We love sharing stories, cooking or eating together, discovering local spots and learning about the places and people we meet.
For a more detailed description… we guess you’ll have to meet us 😉
Xoxo 🌞
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We’re here because we love people! Traveling is amazing, but meeting locals and sharing moments — big or small — makes it unforgettable. Whether it’s cooking together, chatting about life, doing yoga, or discovering hidden corners of a city, we love learning from others and exchanging experiences.
We believe the best travel stories come from the people you meet along the way 🫶🏽

Music, Movies, and Books
Sarah is probably a big fan of John Steinbeck, while Morgan loves Jules Verne. We have such eclectic tastes in music and movies that it’s impossible to pick just one favorite! In Paris, we had a monthly cinema subscription and love discovering foreign films — even though Morgan isn’t much into Chinese cinema 😄
Always happy to exchange recommendations or watch a good film together!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2024, we travelled through Sulawesi, where we met the Toraja people. We spent two days trekking in the mountains and slept in a traditional Tongkonan in a local village — moments we’ll always treasure.
We were also lucky enough to take part in a Ma’nene ceremony, one of the most powerful and impressive experiences of our lives. We’d be happy to share and talk about this unforgettable moment with you.
Teach, Learn, Share
Morgan: Always happy to practice French with you — from a few words to real conversations. I can also teach you some basic chess tactics if you feel like playing ♟️
Sarah: I love sharing good food and great moments! Happy to cook some French recipes together, share a yoga practice, or help you try your first headstand 💃
What I Can Share with Hosts
We love sharing experiences and learning from others! I can cook French recipes, practice yoga, and talk about music or books. Morgan can teach chess, talk sports, or share his drawing hobby. We’re also always excited to hear your stories, explore local life, and make our stay together fun and memorable.
