About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Next year, I would like to go on an adventure with my backpack to meet people around the world.

ABOUT ME

Hello, I live in a housesharing of seven people in wich two young kids. Early 2013, I moved to Liège. Since then, I have changed many things in my life. I've been thinking a lot about my mode of consumption. I became a vegetarian (almost vegan), I am interested in religions and especially Buddhism. Ecological themes interest me a lot also. I try to detach myself from the material aspect of things to focus on human relations, exchange and sharing between individuals.
I also followed some studies to become social assistant et french teacher, but now I prefer working with young people and children as animator during holidays or about specific themes such as gender equalitiy.

PHILOSOPHY

I think I am an open minded person. I like to meet people who have a different life from mine. Whatever your religion, your sexuality or your lifestyle, you're the welcome home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After a great trip in Europe and Turkey in 2014 where I slept at different couchsurfers'places, I want to say thank you. So now it's my turn to welcome people at home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I discovered Couchusurfing when I started my trip from Köln to the south of Turkey by hitchhicking. I met a lot of people who showed me what is hospitality. I'm so gratefull , It was a chance to meet them.
Now I have a little experience as a host and I really want to thank all the surfers who have allowed me to have a new vision of my own city.
The references are not really essentials to me. I hosted people from different countries and from different websites or that I met in my city or during journeys. But if you ask a reference, I would be careful to write one.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a lot : classical french litterature, heroic fantasy, cooking books, tales and legends, etc.
About music : I like rock, folk music, cabaret music, metal, Bolywood soundtrack, Nouvelle scène française, classical music, ballets and mamny more. Sometimes, I even like rap or electronic music.
I'm not a big cinema lover. Most of time, I'm interesting in literary adaptation, historical themes,...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I hitchhicked , it was for a journey of about 8000 kilometers during one month and half with two other guys. I never traveled a lot before so it was a bit crazy and incredible for me, but finally so magic.
