Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I helped my roommate host a few times in Lake Tahoe but also used CS quite a few times on a cross country road trip. Was very lucky to meet many amazing people along the way, hope to pay it forward again. I love getting to know new people and am genuinely interested in the diversity of human experience. Couchsurfing also restores my faith in humanity as I have been so touched by the kindness of strangers.
Interests
I absolutely love to spend time outdoors, whether it be hiking, backpacking, kayaking, etc.. The mountains will always have my heart. Also love to explore new places and learn about other cultures, especially trying new food!
Mindfulness practices are a part of my daily routine and I am continuously learning new meditation and yoga techniques, which I love to share with others and bring into my work.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visited a "rebel" Zapatista village in Southern Mexico; a wild experience! Had to be blindfold for the drive there and listened to their experiences and views on the government and war.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stimulating conversation and sincere interest in getting to know others! Swapping travel stories is always fun.
