ABOUT ME

******* Just so you know : I am travelling for 6 weeks in New Zealand until the end of March, before going back to Australia******

Well, Well, Well,
Quite a difficult exercise to tell everything about you.
I just decided to join the Couchsurfing Club although I don't have anymore couch to provide ... at least for one year ...
I worked in Paris for 6 year. I was staying in Montmarte (quite a nice place), I could see the Sacre Coeur from my bed in the morning ... Anyway, my life was a bit crazy there :no time for me, too many days at work. I decided to leave everything (job, appartment, friends, family) for one year to discover Australia.
I have to admit I never thought to Australia before I discover the Working Holiday Visa which was quite easy to get there!
Now I am in this huge country and I can't wait to discover it.
I don't know if I have a real Backpacker's spirit: I am not crazy about staying in the hostel. I think I prefer meeting people in their own place, or in their favourite pub around a beer ! I love meeting new people, from other country, older, younger, quiet, crazy !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I was explaining earlier, I don't have any couch for the moment, not before July 2010 at least.
If somebody plan to go to Europe and specially to Paris, I would be happy to give some advice or some good address that "normal"tourist doesn't know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No experience for the moment, this trip in Australia give me the occasion to have new experiences !

Interests

I am crazy about movies.
I love Tim Burton, Martin Scorsese, but although all kind of movies (comedy, thriller, science fiction, Romantic comedy...), as long as I can be in a cinema room !
Music : jazz, electro, french music (if you don"t know it, I will be happy to propose you some), music soundtracks of course!
I learned tapdace for 10 years, so I have to admit I love watching musicals (yes, yes)as SIngin' in the rain, West SIde Story. Sorry guys ;-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Un peu classique mais tellement unique : saut en parachute au dessus des glaciers en Nouvelle Zélande.

Sinon, abandonner un bon boulot bien payé, tout quitter pour aller visiter seule l'Australie et la Nouvelle Zélande en 1 an et dépenser toutes ses économies!

Otherwise, having quited a good job, well paid, to visit on my own Australia and New Zealand for one year and spend all my savings!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you french, tapdancing ;-)
I can give you some tips to visit Paris without paying too much !
I d love to learn to dance tango or salsa.
My 2 objectives in Australia : I want to learn to ride a horse, and work in vineyards ( I never had the time to do it in France ... amazing !)
