Teach, Learn, Share
Okay, so as I travel around... I learn a little every where I go... (which is the point of traveling ;) ) But I thought I would start posting little tips....
Denmark: (Copenhagen) If you are traveling from Germany to Denmark. There is a special from Hamburg to Copenhagen for only 29€! (plus, the train drives onto the ferry! I was blow away!)
favorite place: Botanical Gardens... check out the palm green house. Has a staircase... so you can climb above and look down!
Lund, Sweden: bought a cheap train ticket from Copenhagen to Malmö but didn't get off the train! I am glad I didn't because Lund is what I was looking for. It is a college town with a fun downtown.
Hamburg, Germany: Hamburg is know for their harbors and of course there are really expensive harbor tours. But if you take U-Bahn or S-Bahn to Landungsbrücken and take the ferry 62. It is only 2.10€ or if you buy a day ticket for 5.10€ like I did the ferries are included! Awesome way to see the harbor for a low cost!
Berlin, Germany: FREE (English) walking tours in Berlin. Meeting point is at the Starbucks a 3 hour walking tour. The tour was full of information and really interesting!!!!
