Overview
About Me
I am happiest in nature with friends/family or on my own. Swimming in a lake or doing gardening and learning about plants. Im also perfectly happy drinking heaps of tea in good company, having late night chats about life, love, philosophy, politics. Since becoming a parent I do also value sleep. Occasionaly I like a good night out, at the pub or listening to live music, dancing is fun too, ideally to soul, or something with brass and or a heavy base. Im looking forward to getting back into CS and meeting a wide range of people and hearing their/your stories.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've hosted and been hosted a lot and met a lot of wonderful and inspirering people in doing so. I occasionally join the CS-gatherings and/or meet up with travellers in whichever place I happen to be in.
Interests
Hanging out with my kid, friends and family. Vegan/vegetarian food, art, learning about permaculture, plants and gardening, feminism/intersectionality, sports (basketball, rugby, long distance skiing), film, live music, reading, hiking...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Overland travelling through West Africa.
Hitchhiking through Eastern Europe and hitchhiking in general.
Making a bunch of friends along the way.
