About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Do something other than read the travel books on my shelves.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Salisbury, Md really close to Ocean City. I love living by the water and visit it whenever I come home.Went away to college in Meadville, Pa and moved to Pittsburgh in August. Still new to the area and enjoying everything it has to offer. I'm still captivated that I live in a city and every time I drive into work I feel like a sophisticated adult that moved to the big city.

PHILOSOPHY

Everybody has a story....

Celebrate we will for life is short but sweet for certain.

All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

New to the concept of couchsurfing but I want to see as much of the world as I can and meet many interesting people along the way. I can't host at the current time but I'd love to meet up for coffee or a walk around the city. Since I'm new to the area we could learn some stuff together!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to the United Kingdom after I graduated from high school and learned so much about myself along the way. The most amazing thing I did was in Llangollen, Wales when I climbed up to the runes of "Crow Castle" at dusk and was able to see the beautiful area from such a high area.

I have also been to London twice, the second time I escaped the rest of my group who were visiting the key tourist spots that I had seen before. I was able to hop on the tube and explore the city by myself. There is something wonderful about getting lost and finding hidden treasures along the way.
