ABOUT ME

I'm an easy-going Australian girl with a passion for travel.
I travelled Europe with my friend Mary Rose in 07 on the Interrail, best experience of my life!!
I moved back to Australia after living in Dublin, Ireland for 6 months.
I now live in melbourne and think this is one of the best cities in the world! I will be a student next year but for now I'm just working.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life one day at a time and I'm not afraid of change. I used to be very shy and reserved and now I'm coming out of my shell and trying to be myself for once!

I have been to couchsurfing meetings, couchsurfed through Europe and have hosted a few couchsurfers when I wasn't living in a share house!

love couchsurfing!! its been the best experience! i recommend everyone tries it and helps each other out! so far I have couchsurfed in Brussels, Paris, Naples, Athens, Gothenburg, Stockholm and London!

Music, Movies, and Books

sin city, snatch, 300, seven, fightclub, the godfather, i love horror films, and chopper is a great aussie film if you are interested. I like all australian rock music including The Butterfly Effect, Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus and MM9 but also love Nirvana, Tool, the Strokes, Disturbed and Deftones. Fave books would be fantasy fiction including authors like Richelle Mead and Charlaine Harris. I love Roald Dahls Tales of the Unexpected and the Great Gatsby by F Scott Fitzgerald.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hmm.. Amazing things...where to start.. got stoned in Amsterdam, climbed the Eiffel tower in Paris, stared at the Sistine chapel in Rome, camped in the mountains of Lichtenstein, Ate 5 bars of chocolate at once in Switzerland, Climbed a dormant volcano in Santorini, Greece and lived and worked in Ireland for 6 months when I have never travelled before in my life before that!

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmm...what can i teach you? I know a lot of useless knowledge especially about music! even if I don't like a song I can usually tell you what band sings it, what the lead singers name is and sometimes even the year it was released... I would love to learn a second language and I'm particularly interested in learning Spanish.
