ABOUT ME

My hair is red, my eyes are blue, my clothes are from the 50´s or 80´s, and my language is often quite colorful as well. I´m a bit nervous around new people, which can make me seem a bit..cold. But it´l pass. I´m really all warm and fuzzy, I promise. Besides, once you taste my cooking, and have a glass of wine, you´ll forget you ever doubted it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never hosted anyone, or stayed at someones house, but met up with some fantastic people through couchsuring.org, both locals where I´ve been and other travellers. Great concept!

Interests

I watch ALOT of movies and series. It´s how I relax. And I read quite a bit, and write my own stuff, do some painting as well when I find the time. Too rarely, unfortunatly. My dog naturally takes up some of my time and interest, but I don´t train her to do anything fancy, I just like rolling around on the floor with her, and making her dance.

Hanging out with my friends, go to concerts, or just talking about lifes great adventures is my favorite pass-time. And I drink alot of wine.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Hedwig and the angry inch, Moulin Rouge, Velvet Goldmine, Mullholland Drive, The emperors new groove, Ace Ventura, RINGU, Howard Sterns private parts, Schindlers List, I could go on forever with the movies, in short: I love movies. Good movies that is.

Music: The Ark, Patrick Wolf, Placebo, Sigur Ros, Trentemøller, Radiohead, Muse, QOTSA, Kent, Chemical Brothers, Maroon 5, Melody Club, Neil Sedaka, Einmal Kommt die Liebe, While You Slept. I love alot of music as well. I HATE jazz, though. No jazz in my house. Ever.

Books: We have to talk about Kevin, Harry Potter,LOTR, and alot of nordic writers that people outside Norway/Sweden never know who are, like Lars Saabye Christensen, who´s my favorite in the whole world and my idol. Or Jonas Gardell and Erlend Loe. Also wonderful writers. Do check them out if they are translated to your language.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Roskilde Festival. That´s pretty amazing. Dirty, drunken and smelly, but still amazing. Sagrada Familia. Omnomnom. And the Black Cap in London! Fab drag-club. And Chicago. Just Chicago. <3

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people to cook? And be helpful with the few languages I know. Also, I can teach how to control your temper and alot of teambuilding exercises! (I´m a certified Aggression Replacement Trainer)
