hey, i am sarah - a curious and communicative person and totally addicted to backpacking, this world is just too big to stay in one place forever, seriously :)
at the moment i am on a north american adventure and currently staying in belleair beach, florida. i have been here for almost a month now and it has been so much fun!! but as I applied for a work permit for canada, i will head northbound soon and stop by in some worth seeing cities along the way :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

well, this is simple: i am pretty sure, couchsurfing is the cheapest AND most enriching way to travel at the same time. amazing!

- - i am not able to host any guests at the moment, because i am traveling by myself, i am sorry :)

Interests

of course: traveling. and i love everything that has something to do with art. i simply love art. and design! journalism - especially using design for journalistic matters. with journalistic matters i am particularly referring to socioeconomic issues, i am very interested in and am like.. yes, kind of active in politics, for example human rights all over the world and sustainable living. i somehow contracted a passion for that kind of stuff. i am also totally into yoga, jogging, racing cycles - sporting activities are great. reading is great, too. and cooking, food is my thing.

MUSIC: josé gonzález!! i just went to a concert.. such wonderful music. also florence and the machine, daughter, the xx, bon iver, james blake.. and so many more!

MOVIES: i am rather into series.. such as grey's anatomy (classic!), girls, modern family, the walking dead, game of thrones.

BOOKS: maybe weird, but i am a fan of nonfiction and also can be a litte inquisitive which is why i do read many books but all of them are about society, sustainability or food or something like that.
