Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To really experience a place you must meet the people - I love that Couchsurfing is such a strong international community focused around sharing.

Interests

I'm an Artist specialising in WearableArt in my studio on the Isle of Man, though I'm very lucky to be having quite a few adventures with my work at the moment! I spent time in NZ for the World of WearableArt Awards last autumn and I'm currently preparing to take part in the Jersey Arts Trust's Island Games Inter-Island Artist Lock-In for two weeks this June! I also work as a cake baker at a gorgeous Artisan Sourdough Bakery - it's a dream!
Being from a small island, I love sailing! I also enjoy reading a good book, baking a nice cake and spending time with my friends and family be it around the dinner table, up a hill or over skype :)
