PHILOSOPHY

i'm trying not to stagnate which is why i ripped myself away from montreal and set down in korea. moving forward i hope to keep moving forward....somewhere...like tokyo.... after that...who knows...
wherever i am i think its important to make a positive contribution to the community i am living or travelling in. I have volunteered my time/money/effort in some aspect everywhere i have been.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm an avid surfer/host when I can. Some of the most amazing people I've met have been through couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

it allowed me to explore quebec as an anglophone and be welcomed by francophones and experience la belle province as francophones do. vive le quebec!
i somehow used to live in a gigantor superfancy modern aparte in Busan and had lots of couchsurfers, then I went to Tokyo and used couchsurfing just to meet people in that big and lonely city. Now I find myself in Toronto and searching for a spot to land...

i recently experienced my first japanese earthquake!

i spent an evening speaking with a monk while the sun set at Shwedagon Paya in Burma. i learned a lot.
