About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Exploring my community and getting to know the locals
ABOUT ME
I'm a student in Bellingham, and am working as a preschool teacher at a daycare. I love to create, I paint, sew, craft, and many more things. I love to rock climb and play with my dog, Rupert. My boyfriend and I took our first backpacking trip together to Europe for 5 weeks this past summer from July 11th till August 15th. We visited the U.K., Ireland, Italy, and France.
PHILOSOPHY
I love keeping my mind and heart open to new experiences and new people that I encounter in life. I believe everyone deserves respect and to be listened to and with that I've been able to make friends and connections throughout my community and beyond. I love life and trying new things that people may have grown up with and want to share.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love supporting fellow travelers seeking new places to explore, as well as meeting new people along the way. I've been a couch surfer twice now, but now I want a turn doing the hosting.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couch surfed with my boyfriend in Dingle, IR with 3 other surfers being hosted by a wonderful dad and his three kids. Another time in Dublin, IR with a Brazilian family who knew how to have a good time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The best thing I've done so far is being a part of Barter Fair for 3 years now. This gathering happens in Tonasket, Washington and is a place where people brings goods to barter. It's held in the hills where it can be magical during day and night no matter how cold it gets because it's in the second week of October.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like meeting new people who make art, have an active part in their community, and who have a warm heart. Musicians are great to jam with and learn from as well as fellow painters. During our travels I hope to trade art pieces with people I meet so we can always remember that time.
