About Me

ABOUT ME

Hi my name is Sarah. I am originally from Cornwall, but have lived in Bristol UK for the last 14 years and it's somewhere very close to my heart. Such a vibrant creative city. Varied work past, mainly centred in events and festivals.

I've been travelling on / off for many years. I would describe myself as chilled out, laid back, certainly not lazy but just enjoy escaping the rat race. I am outgoing and love to laugh. I get on with most people although and am generally outgoing, although i also really enjoy my own space too. Finding a connection with people is important to me and I have been blessed with a wonderful group of friends at home who I treasure. Having travelled a lot I realise that these connections are special and sometimes rare. I certainly seem to connect with those that dont take themselves too seriously, I dislike pretentiousness.

I would love to use couchsurfing as a way to meet likeminded people and a way of exchanging stories (and also gain a window into your life and hometown)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked for an incredible interactive mechanical caberet in the UK which pulled an audience of 50k at Glastonbury festival , oh and a cobra in full on attack mode went stright past my foot the other day, i was on a Island off Cambodia (it had its sights on a frog not me fortunatly, but coming from the UK where there are no snakes, that was pretty awesome to witness)
