About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live. The. Dream.
ABOUT ME:
Aspiring yogi, bookworm, slightly introverted Irish science teacher. I've been travelling since 2009, met my other half in 2011 and we have been adventuring together since. You will find me in HCMC scooting around, planning my next adventure.
I love real, honest conversations. Coffee. Sandwiches. Essential oils. Down to earth humans.
PHILOSOPHY
Just be sound!!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When I first started I didn't know what to expect, I was definitely nervous. Since I have hosted people from all over and each time it was a different and great experience.
I am now travelling in SE Asia, my first couchsurfing stay was in Singapore and it was great, seeing the city/town through the eyes of a local is invaluable. I want to learn as much as possible about the people of the country I am in and couchsurfing is the best way to do that. The added bonus being that most couchsurfers I have met have been so open, interesting and great fun.
Interests
I like to cook but I'm far better at eating.
Yoga keeps me sane. Crossfit keeps me strong.
Travelling has allowed me to meet amazing humans, venture far outside my comfort zone and realise that I am so incredibly lucky to be able to do what I love doing.
Reading - I love learning and that feeling of being completely transported by an author.
DIY - I do fancy myself a goodish DIYer - I spend too much time on pinterest :)

Music, Movies, and Books
An ecclectic mix of everything.
The xx, Snatum Kaur, The national, Lana del Rey, Muse, Springsteen.. I guess I dont have a specific style.
Books and Movies are pretty much the same. Jeffery Archers, Tolstoy, Brown, Sedaris and I'll be honest, a few self help books thrown in.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Horse-riding in The Andes at sunset on a beautiful spring evening with a BBQ and some vino after. That is what life is about!!!
