I'm Sarah, 24 years old and I just left the Netherlands for a new adventure in Spain. I've taken on the opportunity to hitch hick through 3 countries and I'm always interested in meeting new people along the way.

I've studied photography because my mum is also a photographer and a constant inspiration to me. She helped me look at things a different way and find the beauty in the concept of capturing a moment. Because of this, I made my passion my work and I try to practice it daily, since I'm still a self-proclaimed, suffering artist.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm going cross-country with a low budget. Since I feel travelling isn't about spending a lot of money to get to your destination, I feel this is the way for me to travel. I feel like travelling is about the journey and the people you meet along the way can offer you great perspectives on life you haven't even considered yet. I think that's mighty interesting.
