ABOUT ME

I hate writing these things.

I'm not really a city girl although I've had a good go at a few of them. I much prefer to be in smaller places with the outdoors close at hand. When I can I enjoy being outside but I'm not the most radical outdoors enthusiast (I generally limit my time to walking/hiking, cycling, running and swimming).

Just as much as I enjoy being outdoors I enjoy being indoors whether it's reading, watching a movie or cooking.

I'm fairly easy going, always good for a pint and love a good yarn. I enjoy listening to other people's stories and getting their advice on things. I'm only just kicking off the travel game so all tips are welcome at this stage.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll be leaving NZ soon to travel so no hosting for me but I'd love to meet some new people and see the towns/cities/places they call home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a newbie to this but I have stayed in an apartment with an avid surfer and host. I've met some great people through him and he's always had a good yarn about meeting up with "CS'ers" on his travels
