About Me

Hello! I'm your garden variety existentialist with a passion for reading, writing, music and well-made TV shows. I work in the development sector and enjoy the privilege of travelling to remote areas and having incredibly transformative experiences. We'll get along well if you have a good sense of humour and don't mind the occasional politically incorrect joke. I'm always receptive to meeting new people and hearing their stories. I will hopefully have more to say when we meet :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here primarily to host travellers so that I can give them a place to stay as they explore my city. I have a deep love for Hyderabad and I would love to share my idea and experience of it with people who are interested in exploring the city.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music, movies and books is eclectic. I do not believe in confining myself to a genre and I think there's value in stepping beyond comfort zones and exploring new areas for the purpose of discovering joy in areas you didn't even knew existed. I'm a TV show fanatic though and I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur of the medium.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've ever done in my life is going on a solo, month-long backpacking trip through Himachal Pradesh, specifically through Kinnaur and Lahaul and Spiti. It was an incredible journey and I would love to share the story with you if you're interested to know :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn about my guests through the stories they share with me. I consider myself an autodidact and believe that knowledge comes to us in different ways and we should never stop learning. In that same vein, I hope to share whatever I know with others :) To be honest, I have no idea how to answer this exactly.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my home, knowledge about the city, great hospitality and conversation. Here's to hoping that that's enough.
