About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Just to enjoy it.

ABOUT ME

After growing up and studying in Belgium I wanted to discover other things and I went to the Basque Country to teach French. I lived three years there, in Vitoria and Bilbao, then I decided to go for one year in Santiago de Chile, and now I'm living in Berlin, still teaching French... I love meeting new people and learning in every place something different.

PHILOSOPHY

take it easy and enjoy what is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm living now in a shared flat in Berlin so I can't host easily. But I can have a drink and show some places I like in Berlin.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was doing couchsurfing in Bilbao, with my Belgian flatmate Corine (as well on CS), where we received some interesting and funny people, then I traveled in Argentina and Spain by couchsurfing. I haven't travelled alone for a couple of years and now I'm beginning again to do it...

Interests

I'm very fond of knowing people, languages, cultures, I like doing theater and improvisation as well, then all kind of things like cinema, literature, music festivals, sport,...

Music, Movies, and Books

Belgian authors like Henry Bauchau (Oedipe sur la route), Jacqueline Harpman, Philip Blasband, Francis Dannemark, in Spanish of course Gabriel García Marquez (el amor en los tiempos del chólera).
I like the alternative cinema (there is a very big offer in Liege, it's like a festival all over the year) and all cultural things in general..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Running down a mountain.
