I have travelled quite a lot and now I've settled (for the time being) in St Thibaud de Couz, 10km from Chambéry.
I like to read, run, yoga, cook (Indian food, yes please!) and to laze in the sun :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

(It's something that I wrote in 2012 when I joined and frankly it's still fitting) :)

Thing is even though I just joined couch surfing Ive been hosted by people so many times I cannot even begin to count. Im always amazed to see how people open their houses for me simply because we were seated next to each other in the same crammed shared jeep in Tajikistan, because they saw me knitting in a sunny spot in the Himalayas, because I arrived alone in a busstaion at 2am,
bacause I exausted passed through a shepherd camp after a long days walk in the Pamirs - I could keep on, but I'll spare you. On thing is to open a home and kitchen for a stranger, what overwhelms me the most is how people open their families and welcome me as a daugther, a sister when Im alone. For this Im deeply thankfull.
