About Me

Oh hay,

I'm a little rambunctious. I'm always ready for an adventure, endure something new and getting my hands a little dirty.
For the past four years I have been bouncing around traveling and really using the beautiful world as a university without walls. I find the people and places I have experienced have taught me lessons that no textbook could comprehend. AND THERE'S SO MUCH MORE OF IT!
That's kinda my deal right now, to travel till I've done it all... well at least most of it ha.

I'm very easily amused... try me.
PPS ... not a dude - damn facebook.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well I know whether it be picking up people on the Van Isle highway, friends coming to visit, someone just wanting to know a good local spot to swim around where I live I always go out of my way to help them. I grew up in a pretty little country town and I know if you were to drive through it you'd say to yourself, " this is pretty but doesn't look like much is going on" and most likely move on. When you have a person who grew up there point you down that one turn you didn't know about, you'd end up staying a week longer then expected. Sometimes but not always can I offer a couch but tours, laughs, and secret wonders.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really into electronic music. Luckily I had an awesome mother who raised me on 70's funk, rock, pop collective. Introducing me to Janis Joplin was one of the best things she did in raising me ha... kinda kidding. I really love punk music too, the grungy-ness of it tickles that one fancy like no other tunes. Really I can jam with anything that isn't death metal. Death metal can be fun if its live and with a lot of whiskey haha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flew on plane a guy made himself at Burning Man... that was pretty amazing.
I feel cheezy putting it in this box, but tree planting. Not so much because its amazing thing I've done, actually the job itself SUCKS. But the things that job has taught me is amazing. How much more resourceful I am then I was four years ago... to the knowledge it gave me today kinda makes me think I was a little helpless before hahaha kidding.
