I am an abseil maintenance technician by profession, I am a relaxed person with an interest in making home made beers. I try to always have a batch ready before the previous batch runs out. So I'll be brewing beers every so often. If you are interested in craft beers it might be interesting for you to see how it's done. I do sometimes make other spirits like vodka and whiskey but my focus now is beer.
