ABOUT ME

I like trying new things and am very open minded. I´ll try anything and I always have- from feeding wolves to being exorcised. I'm open minded to deal with what life throws my way and I love trying out new things. I'm quite creative, I like making collages and attempting to draw (very badly.) I'm pretty sure I was born in the wrong country as I dont identify with English culture at all but I love Latin America even though I think I'll have to accept I'll never quite be able to dance like them. My friends would say that I need to learn to just sit still on a chair but I'm full of energy and I'm at my happiest enjoying new experiences and meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to enjoy life. To never accept a situation ' has to be that way' but to strive to be as happy and fulfilled as possible and make the most of what comes your way.

I believe everybody you meet in your life can teach you something and that we all have something we can offer. Formal education, age and profession are irrelevent for me.

I am a keen amateur photographer and a dedicated bookworm.I samba drum and write articles for free magazines and blogs. I love fireworks and elephants. The sound of the sea and the waves, feeling rain on my face,music, stars,laughter and hugs.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most music - though I´ll pass on gothic death metal. I like indepedent cinema with beautiful cinematography and latin american cinema - eg the red white and blue trilogy, amelie, amores perros, y tu mama tambien, cidade de deus, nine iron, almodovor . Book wise I have read and enjoyed so many - 100 years of solitude,The curious incident of the dog in the nightime, straw dogs, the house of leaves, the kite flyer...I'm reading lots of non fiction at the moment though as I still feel so ignorant about the world
