ABOUT ME
Hello there! So, my name is Sari and I am just starting to couch surf :) Think it's a very great idea! On the 3rd of January I will joining a project in Brazil named Warriors Without Weapons. It is taking place in a favela in Santos. We will try to realize a dream of a community in cooperation with the locals. After I am planning to travel in Brazil/Colombia for a bit and looking for couches! Looking forward to meet you! Abrazos, Sari.
PHILOSOPHY
Be conscious, be idealistic but active in the same time! Be open-minded: don't judge directly, but first take a deep breath and think! Never forget to take care of the people close to you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Unfortunately I am not right now able to host people in my small room in Amsterdam, but I am sure in future there will be place for some! I very much enjoy visiting a place by meeting the locals of a place and I would like to meet people too to show them Amsterdam from a different point of view! I am quite tired of spending time in hostals and meeting just other travelers, and couch-surfing is the perfect way to solve this problem :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have been couchsurfing before, not with my one account though, but together with a friend. It was always very nice, we used to cook dinners for the host, that was a good exchange. The host usually took us to different nice places in the city where otherwise you wouldn't come that easily. So, very positive!
