Bonjour,

I come from Delhi, India. I was born in Kolkata and studied at a French medium school in Pondicherry from the age of 9. After completing my bachelor's in Liberal Arts and Sciences, I interned at Sharana, an NGO based out of Puducherry for one year. Before starting my internship, I was selected to volunteer for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games along with doing my service civique in France. I am currently in Palaiseau and working with UCPA at Arcueil, Ile de France.

I am extremely passionate about travelling, particularly train travel. I have traveled to multiple cities in India including Dehradun, Mumbai, Bangalore, Shillong, Guwahati, and countless others. I have felt that every city that I've traveled to has made me appreciate its culture and uniqueness, making me a proud Indian.

I am also an avid football fan, supporting Manchester United for the last 10 years.

I was first introduced to the app by a friend who had gone for his service and traveled to Europe for cheap. When he told me about it, I was instantly excited and wanted to try it. As I've traveled a lot, I love to meet new people, explore cultures, make new friends. Being an extrovert, I have found it easy to converse with people on any topic, even if our opinions don't match. Exploring Europe has always been my dream, and Couchsurfing gives an authentic experience by meeting and staying with locals, learning about their cultures, and sharing about the culture of my country. I'm looking forward to having a wonderful time with all those I meet through this platform. Cant wait to get started :)
