ABOUT ME

I grew up on a farm in PA, lived in Germany for three years and found a love for cultures. I have traveled to around 20 countries now. I retired from the military in 2016, now going back to school for Horticulture and doing some contracting to supplement my retirement.

PHILOSOPHY

When the blood in your veins returns to the sea, and the earth in your bones returns to the ground, perhaps then you will remember that this land does not belong to you, it is you who belongs to this land.

Not really able to host, have one of my kids full time, other two half of the month.

Love the humanist concept of couch surfing, looking forward to surfing more this year.

To see and enjoy the beauty of the natural world.

I love the environment, new cultures and new people. I'm very physical/active minded, into working out, crossfit, running (barefoot and trail) and some trail biking. Have been reading up on alternative energy, permaculture, self-sufficiency, living off the grid, eating paleo ect, all of that good naturalist stuff.
