HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have sunk in to CS after the meeting in Madrid (May 2008) and I travelled with CS through Spain and Portugal. Now I am not as active as a member but feel welcome to visit me in Lodz.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted and was hosted several times and I went to several meetings. I love it because you can meet really interesting people.

Centres d'intérêt

art, photography, literature, theatre, opera, science... Almost anything can be interesting when you really get into it; I love discovering new places, meeting new people, tasting rare things (last time it was fried blood and llama meat) and I love to travel. I travel a lot for work but I still cannot get enough and I am constantly dreaming about distant travels. And recently I am dancing a lot as well.

books by Salman Rushdie, Jose Saramago, Umberto Eco, Norman Davies, "Zorba the Greek" by Kazantzakis, various poetry and many others
music by Preisner, Tom Waits, Wieniawski, Albeniz, Louis Armstrong, Dinah Washington, Pablopavo.. It varies with time and mood, right now it is mostly jazz and latino music, but in a month it'll be something completely different

My favourite movies include "Queen Margot", "Amadeus", "Burnt by the Sun", "Yellow Submarine" and movies by Kieslowski, and I like watching independent movies (I love movie festivals!)
