Overview
About Me
Indian living in the Netherlands and now in this part of the world to get my open water diving license. I jump off the flying planes to get adrenaline. Not cheap thrills;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I have known about couchsurfing, I have found the idea very humane. Like trusting unknown people and inviting them to your home and then suddenly saying goodbye becomes a hard thing to do (in most of the cases, definitely not all) all this has made me like couchsurfing even more. I have had some great experiences being a host as well as while being hosted. I believe, a local in a country can help with myriads of information and experiences that would otherwise be impossible or take way more time to find it on our own. I think hosting or being hosted is a supplementary thing that comes with convenience of a couch surfer. Reach a place as a traveler, return as a local.
Interests
Wilderness camping, swimming, beer tasting (just can't get enough of it), free diving, deep sea diving, football (soccer for Americans), history books or documentaries, Drumming (level-2,5-set), Mixed martial arts, and the list keeps changing, mostly adding up so the above are as of 30th May, 2018.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traversed entire India on my Motorbike covering around 30,000 kms in 3 months with no prior experience of long range driving
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach- I can help with basic Yoga lessons (Surya Namaskar, Panch Kriya), although I am not a certified trainer but have been practicing it since last 1 year.
Few Indian dishes, subject to availability of ingredients.
Learn- Would love to learn anything under the sun, which can make mine or someone's life better
What I Can Share with Hosts
I carry a big packet of Chai(Indian Tea) which I love to make in Indian style for my hosts. As, most of my European friends enjoy it and it is not readily available in their country, I try bringing to my Host's kitchen.
Also like exchanging books based on mutual liking and recommendation.
