ABOUT ME

I see myselve as a calm, balanced and high sensitive person. This is when I dont wake up before 8. I can also be a great mirror so the way how you perceive me is influenced by you and your openess. Traveling and meeting new people helps me getting rid from old stories, shadows and the image of ‘me’.

I like to observe people and to make nice stories out of that. I hope one day to write a book about people and travelling. Also an autobiography is on my bucket list, I had too many not common situations in life.
I can see the humor in many situations. I take life easy, I've learned that in India.

Im fascinated by the body and soul. Im a bodyworker who puts attention into bringing the soul in the body.
I love to live my life pure and free as possible from conditioning. I prefer real conversations, heartconnections, radical honestly instead of smaltalk. Helping each other to wake up more and more and see and live your full potential. Better real than perfect.

Im interested too meet people who follow their own path, selfaware and want to live more natural, more love, more connected to the great mystery

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-The moterbike tour I did in Vietnam. Ho Chi Min-Hanoi-Sappa
-Staying with the Hill tribes in Thailand and Vietnam
-Press my tall body in claustrofobic caves and temples
-fasting for 1,5 week

lets do some yoga! Im a Dru yoga teacher and Im very passionate about it.
Bodywork, different styles of massages, healing, TVM (triple Vagle method)
We can exchange some knowledge, methods whatever from what I've learned from the east and the west. Tell me your passion!
Im the smoothie queen and good with cacao ceremonies.
