She is a forest sprite of sorts, who is fascinated with exploring, elevating, and deepening her humanness.. and making beet ginger juices, while attempting to coerce other delightful creatures to come along hiking, to contact improv ecstatic dance classes, or other adventures.

PHILOSOPHY

I am on a pilgrimage.. to listen, to love, to play, to learn, to brush up against as much magical beauty as I possibly can in this body, and share as much light and kindness as possible with all those I encounter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Musing this concept... I find mySelf grateful for all that I've experienced.. really, every and any moment I am so blessed to find mySelf radically present and in the flow of all the things around me.

..like that time I walked through Yosemite valley during a blizzard, bundled up warm with folk music singing in my ears, walking from the campsite to the lodge with ten-foot tall fireplaces, and wrote by the fire while sipping green tea and listening to a classical piano man echo his music off the stone walls.

.. or like those sweet sunrises I've caught from the freeway, while enroute before dawn for very good adventures.

..and all those moments dancing, where the magically mad glimmer in our eyes have found each other, and left us with a sense of being SO grateful to be alive, to be free to play.

Yes! This is what it's all about! I love to listen and share life, and am always open to learning from everyone I meet. Love gathering insight and deepening my perception. I can share yoga talk and practice, and would love to learn more about............. everything, really :) you! I am walking an artistic and healing path, so if you have experience with different healing modalities, teaching, art making, or walking whatever is your path with courage and conviction... I'd be happy to hear stories :)
