I'm originally from New Mexico, but I have lived all over the United States. I went to culinary school and worked as a chef for several years in Boston. I wanted to leave the country and take a break from cooking professionally, so I moved to Spain and started teaching English. I spent the last year in Lugo, Galicia and have just moved to Bilbao this month.
