Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think travelling is one of the best things a person can devote his life to. I love visiting new places, exploring new cultures and meeting new people. And couchsurfing seems to be a great way to make it all simpler :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is one of my biggest interests. I enjoy listening to a great variety of different genres, mostly prefering alternative rock like Pretty Reckless, Disturbed, System of a Down, Billy Talent, Fall Out Boy, Halestorm, Five Finger Death Punch, Sick Puppies and a lot more. I play a guitar myself, though I'm not really good at it. I have learnt it mainly from youtube videos and enjoy playing it occasionally :)

I love reading books as well. I can't say I prefer one genre in particular, but I read best books of their kind. The best book I have ever read and the one I've read at least 10 times each part is "Harry Potter". Just because it's the best :) But I've read more intellectual literature as well: russian classics like Tolstoy, Dostoyevsky, Turgenev, scientific literature as "Shortest History of Time" by Stephen Hawking , Froid's books. I like fantazy genre and novels as well.

As for movies, I watch literally any film I come across that seems interesting to me in any way. I love films with some good idea behind, like "Interstellar" for instance, and I like any genres except for may be horrors and thrillers.
