Art, biking, and coffee are things I enjoy in every city. I have a huge spot in my heart for Detroit. I'd love to share highlights and favorite spots in the city, or just tell you where the best public art is.

Travel is something that has defined my life, as I have a foreign parent, but there are tons of spots I have yet to see. A goal of mine is to visit all 50 states before I'm 50 years old. I'm not too far off from that goal and it'll really take two big trips to accomplish it. In 2016 I held a "monthly travel streak" where the only rule was to stay one night outside of Michigan per month. I made it to 18 months straight. If money and obligations weren't an obstacle I would always be on the road and exploring.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting locals in the area that I am visiting. Sharing stories and experiences interests me and this is a great method that I am just starting to explore. I'd love to hear about your favorite local spots or the wildest adventures you've experienced.
