Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couch surfed in Peru and it was a great and positive experience. It's always a good thing to meet new people and hear their stories. Unfortunately, I am not in a living situation where I can host anyone currently.

Music: Jesus and the Mary Chain, Radiohead, The Beatles, Lower Dens, The Doors, Beach House, Interpol, The Smiths, My Bloody Valentine, Joy Division, The Presets, Blonde Redhead, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Musicals (my fav: Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, West Side Story), Classical (one of my favorites being Dvorak), and many more!

Books: La Biblia, Heart of Darkness, Irresistible Revolution, Hunger Games, anything Jane Austen, A Thousand Splendid Suns, Great Gatsby, The Fault In Our Stars, (trying to catch up on my reading since I missed out on many great books as a youth because of OCD :)

Movies: Bridesmaids, Lars and the Real Girl, Hocus Pocus, Count of Montcristo, Last of the Mohicans, Little Women, Royal Tenenbaums, Hot Fuzz, documentaries, horror (which I often find comedic) and many more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Machu Picchu was so surreal. The world is an amazing place.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak Spanish and taught it for 3 years! I took one semester of Portuguese and would love to learn, as well as French and German! I'd also love to learn to rock climb, salsa, and cook food from around the world!
